This experience will start with a short intro during which we’ll get to know each other a little and review your routine and yoga experience. I'll tell you about my approach to yoga, and how it helps in a professional athlete's routine. Then we'll move on to a yoga flow, which will include Shavasana — a guided meditation combined with visualization.
I’ll walk you through trigger point therapy, which is useful for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Focusing on myofascial release, our session will relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation. We’ll also stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles.
