This program will help you build a strong foundation for a stronger core which is essential to prevent and alleviate back pain, and will also help you develop correct posture which will help you appear taller and consequentially boost your confidence. It includes exercises Pauls used to train for Olympic games. The program consists of 7 videos (one video each day of the week) that you will be repeating for 4 weeks. Halfway through the program (week 3 & week 4) repeat the exercises on Day 6 TWICE.
