This class is for everyone experiencing neck stiffness and low to mild pain at any time of the day. Especially for those working a sedentary job and feel pulling between the shoulder blades when bowing their head down.


RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Do this flow at least 1x/day, ideally 2 -3x/day - mornings, during the day & evenings.

  • Stay consistent and do this flow daily to feel the best results.
