This class is for everyone on the road - no matter if you're the driver or the passenger.

It's built so that you can stop anywhere to decompress your spine - a gas station, rest area or grocery store parking lot. No equipment needed.


RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • If you're driving for long periods of time, stop every 1.5 -2 hours to decompress your spine, stretch and increase the blood and nutrient flow.

  • Do not do this when it's cold outside and your back is exposed to the cold! You can do more harm to your back when stretching cold muscles in a cold environment.
