This class includes profound yet simple teachings, helping to find inner peace and greater fulfillment in anyone's life. At the core of the teachings lies the transformation of consciousness, a spiritual awakening that moves the human spirit in the next level of evolution. An essential aspect of this awakening consists in transcending our ego-based state of consciousness. This is a blueprint for unconditional happiness, simple joy of being, inner peace, and overcoming suffering, anxiety & illusions.

Depending on your specific goals and needs, we will be using different breathing techniques to bring our full attention & awareness to our breath, body, and the present moment, that way liberating ourselves from the busy and constantly thinking mind, becoming a silent watcher of any and all mental activity.

We will also be using other powerful techniques like different mantras (repeating words and sounds), mudras (symbolic hand gestures), visualization, and the healing sound of Tibetian singing bowl.

You will need:

  • yoga mat

  • throw blanket, if you get chilly

  • pillow to sit on & elevate your hips

  • water to stay hydrates

  • Public & Private groups up to 30 people
