Strong core muscles is a must if your goal is to rid yourself from back pain and to keep them from coming back. It's also mandatory for being able to effortlessly keep your spine straight and up, and responsible for a good and correct posture. Weak core causes slouchy and poor posture which is one of the top causes for chronic back pain in generally healthy individuals.


This program will help you build a strong foundation for a stronger core which is essential to prevent and alleviate back pain, and will also help you develop correct posture which will help you appear taller and consequentially boost your confidence. It includes exercises Pauls used to train for Olympic games.


RECOMMENDATIONS:
  • Staying consistent will yield the best results.


WARNINGS:
  • This program is for those who are already moderately active but experiencing occasional mild back pain ONLY. If you have chronic moderate to strong back pain, DO NOT attempt the exercises in this program!
