GROUP TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

I feel that simply every person can enjoy this experience - you don’t have to be fit or athletic, it’s more about getting to know how to deal with possible muscle tensions. In our situation it was learning how to counteract the hours of working at a desk. Pauls was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. He catered the experience exactly to our needs and went extra mile to explain everything, plus attached helpful materials afterwards, so that we can practice it on our own. I couldn’t recommend this experience more, thank you Pauls for saving our necks

I took Pauls Trigger Point Therapy class and really enjoyed it. There was only two of us at the time and Pauls was able to direct the therapy in our specific areas of needs. Pauls is very knowledgeable kind and I hope to attend another one of his classes!

Pauls definitely exceeded my expectations! First, I was over the moon to learn that I would be learning from an Olympian, especially with our session being one-on-one! Since the session began, Pauls effectively maintained clear communication and welcomed any and ALL questions that I had. I especially appreciated Pauls adapting the work outs to be appropriate for my abilities. 10 out of 10 with this experience!

PRIVATE GROUP MINDFUL YOGA

Pauls' mindful yoga experience is fantastic! Pauls started us off with a round of intros and let us each share what we were hoping to gain from the session, and then it seems like he adapted it from there. We did a series of relaxing and centering exercises and concluded with a calming meditation. We set this up as a corporate teambuilding experience and everyone really loved it. Highly recommend!

PRIVATE GROUP STRENGTH CONDITIONING

I really enjoyed this experience. Pauls is super friendly and, as you would expect, an expert on the mechanics of the human body. He tailored the workout to meet our needs, keeping it challenging but not exhausting and focusing on our overall core strength and health (through ab and back exercises, as well as deep stretching). We had a bit of banter, chatted about the Olympics and philosophy. I highly recommend it!

Most of the exercises were new to me and I really enjoyed doing them. I have a lower back problem and after the exercises, I noticed my lower back is much more relaxed and activated at the same time. Thank you very much Pauls!

This was such a relaxing yoga experience! I learnt a lot about how yoga can be used to improve your mental well being. Pauls answered any questions I had and was helpful in ensuring I was doing all the positions correctly.

This class was amazing!! I’m already pretty athletic and this class got to those muscles i never notice🙂 I could make it a weekly habit. Pauls gave just the right push to be challenged but safe. Loved it 😊
