PRIVATE GROUP STRENGTH CONDITIONING

Pauls ab workout is a great combination of high intensity core exercises and stretching. Really enjoyed it as he wasted no time in going right in to the workout and checking with participants about any problem areas like knees and proceeded to share specific exercises to fortify that going over time. Would highly recommend for people in need of a real Olympian trainer and solid workout! Was great!

Great class! Pauls has so much positive energy and truly seems to enjoy talking to people in class. He actually lives in the U.S., so timezones aren't an issue.
A key takeaway is that abs are made in the kitchen! Learning the right exercises and stretching is super important, but diet is also key. We learned new workout routines and purchased his e-book afterwards, which is an easy read.

I was a bit nervous that training with an Olympian might be intimidating, but from the very beginning Pauls created an environment that was welcoming and comfortable. He’s an incredible athlete with tremendous amount of knowledge about physical fitness. This class is not only about offering a routine that is physically impactful, but he goes further to offer direct recommendations for people who have physical injuries and/or restrictions. This felt more like a personal training session than a standard online class. I would absolutely sign up for regular sessions with Pauls as part of my routine physical fitness regimen.

I was lucky to have a private session with Pauls so we could go through the exercises that suit me. He is a great trainer and you always know what to expect from his instructions. He is also very personable too, you can expect a fun workout when you attend his sessions.

I was little worried it would be a serious abs training but he put stretch in between which was very nice. He was very friendly and tried to understand our physical abilities before the lesson. There are some new moves for me and some were pretty hard so now I know what I need to work on. Also, it was a good experience to talk to an Olympic pole vaulter and learn about it. Perfect exercise for stay-home situation. Thank you, Mr. Pauls Pujats!

Such a great experience! I highly recommend this class. Pauls is super nice and very knowledgable. He has world class experience and his instructions were clear. This session will teach you how to get a strong core in a wholistic way and without getting sore. Pauls adjusts the session to the participants' level.

Much better than I anticipated. Given it was over zoom, I thought Pauls did a nice job explaining everything to everyone and making it as enjoyable as possible. Definitely recommend if you wanna try trigger point therapy.
