Description

We will start with a short intro during which we’ll get to know each other a little and review your routine and yoga experience. I'll tell you about my approach to yoga, and how it helps in everyday life. We'll move on to breathing techniques to balance your both brain hemispheres and to clear your mind. Then follows the yoga flow, which will include Shavasana - a guided meditation combined with visualization. After the yoga flow, we'll have some time for questions. You can ask me whatever you’d like, from what should you practice more often, to which movements or mantras should be implemented in your daily life. Whatever questions you have, I'm here to answer them!
