Live Online Class - tune in from your smartphone, computer, or tablet.

1 hour

Every session is different & personalized to each individual's needs.

Focusing on myofascial release, we'll relax contracted muscles, improve blood, oxygen, and lymph circulation to the specific muscles and area. We'll also stimulate the stretch reflex in the muscles. I'll explain the importance and benefits of trigger point therapy, how it works, and where your pain is actually coming from (in many cases the problem is not where the pain is, which is typical for trigger points). Last but not least, you'll gain valuable knowledge that you'll be able to use and implement in your daily life to easily release muscle tension and pain at home!
